With the changes in our group strategy, our aim to transform the company and our operating model, we have an opening for the Head of Innovations that is responsible for driving innovation that meets the customer needs.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to join a fast growing organization that puts the customers at the centre of its business.Role profile- The Head of Innovations will be responsible for:• Drive innovations by identifying and rolling out products that meets customer needs for now and the future.• Aligning the innovations strategy to the group strategy in order to meet the business goals and priorities• Developing and executing alternative channels for delivering customs products and services• Identifying suitable technology that enhances the effectiveness and competitiveness of the group and sustaining positive customer experience• Having competencies for creating an environment where innovation and ideation are key to improving and sustaining the business across sub Sahara –Africa • Leveraging the group presence by developing simplified and scalable across Africa• Leveraging partnerships in order to implement solutions regionally• Researching new technologies, trends and opportunities in Africa and globallyPersonal Profile• Education- minimum academic requirements are Bachelors’ degree in Business or equivalent. Masters degree would be an added advantage.• Ability to secure business future growth through breakthrough thinking, driving for growth, strategic insight, growing talent and understanding the business landscape.• Appreciating the value of Diversity and inclusion to the business by valuing people differences, being culturally aware and exhibition high ethics and integrity.• Demonstrating strong leadership skills by leading from the front, influencing others, and resilience.• A minimum of 10 years experience at senior management level in international organizations(s).If you believe you have the competencies and desire to join a fast growing group, kindly send your motivation and CV to the Group Managing Director .
